Contract

Timing: Please be on time for your session. As most of you know, especially with mini sessions, photographer has clients every 15 minutes, so it is very important to stay on schedule.

Traveling: Photographer does travel. Traveling is free within 20 miles from my home. Travel outside of 20 miles from my home will result in a travel fee. Turn around time: Please allow photographer 2-3 weeks for all pictures to be completed and sent. The only session excluded from this is weddings. Weddings will take 4-5 weeks to be completed and sent.

Retainer fee: There will be a $50.00 nonrefundable retainer fee to book your session. Your retainer is included in your total. Once the retainer is paid and your contract is signed, you will be booked and on the schedule.

Payment: The remaining balance, minus the retainer fee, is due the date of your session. You may pay in full at booking or ahead of scheduled date but total isn’t required until the date of your session.

Weather: If you are booking an outdoor session and the weather is not cooperating, I will reschedule for a later date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, photographer will work with you on a better date that suits your needs.

Cancellation: If you must cancel please try to do so 5-7 days before the date of your session. Cancellation 4 or less days before your scheduled date, your nonrefundable retainer fee will serve as a cancellation fee.

Quantity: Typically, photographer doesn’t count or limit clients to how many pictures they receive. However, I will guarantee as follows.. 15 mins = 5-8 digital copies 30 mins = 10-15 digital copies 1hr = 25-30 digital copies

Receiving: Clients will receive pictures from their session by digital galleries and/or email. By special request only & at no extra cost photographer will prepare a flash drive gallery for you instead of a digital gallery or email.

Consent to publish: Client grants to the photographer, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of client, client’s child or children. In regards to Boudoir sessions, because of the intimate nature of the photographs, no images that contain nudity will be published. Client may opt out of granting permission to share Boudoir sessions by initialing here.
